By downloading the files, printing them out at home, filling in the requested information, and bringing them with you to your first appointment, we’ll be able to streamline your first check-in and bring you back to meet Dr. Lisa even faster.
Insurance & Payment Options
The fee for treatment can vary with the complexity of the tooth treated. It is based on the number of canals present and if the tooth has had root canal therapy before. We know that the need for root canal therapy is often sudden and unexpected. If you have dental insurance, please check with your insurance carrier to see what your responsibility will be and if we are listed as an in-network provider. We are in-network with the following dental insurance plans:

If our staff can be of any assistance in this matter, we are pleased to help. Coverage will depend on your specific plan. Be sure to bring your dental insurance card with you so we may file your claim. We will do their best to estimate your out-of-pocket responsibility which will be due at the time of service. Please note that these are only estimates and the insurance company ultimately decides whether or not the procedure will be covered and at what level. We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and CareCredit financing.
